1. The machine adopt Siemens, GermanyPLC system to control the cutting length with auto counting and alarming stop function.

2. Unwinder adopts auto loading system and equipped with web guiding system.

3. Rewinding and unwinding part is controlled by servo motor ensure machine running stable in high speed.

4. Machine comes with slitting function (blade/circular knife) and equipped with trim reject fan to remove the slit edge

of web.

5. Unloading adopts auto push arm mode,equipped with manual packaging frame structure.

Scope of Application:

The machine is suitable for slitting big jumbo roll materials, such as BOPP/PET/PVC/CPP/PE/Composite film/Aluminum plating film/Adhisive /Papers .The machine is widely apply to printing and packaging industry.
